Conversational AI Launch Film

A two-minute product launch film that turns a simple text promise into UI, voice-agent conversations, and deployment proof.

Field notes / why it works

The two-part promise completes by 0:02.5, and a real order-status exchange resolves by about 0:25. Although there are only two detected macro cuts, 30 internal picture changes keep the long UI montage moving, while voice choice, evaluation, deployment, and security each get a distinct visual proof beat through 1:46.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A polished horizontal launch film promises that a difficult new capability is now simple. It earns that claim by moving from one outcome to a visible builder interface, working conversations, configuration, evaluation, deployment, and a concise brand close. The visuals are mostly white product surfaces animated within long compositions, punctuated by a black kinetic-type opening and a vivid color card near the end.

Why it works

  • The benefit is spoken immediately; a two-part type reveal completes by 0:02.5, before any feature list.
  • The film shows an interface at 0:11–0:15 and an order-status exchange at 0:20–0:25, so the promise has a concrete use case within 25 seconds.
  • Capability demonstrations keep changing form: voice selection around 0:35, model and prompt configuration at 0:43–0:52, evaluation at 1:07–1:14, deployment at 1:29, and security at 1:43.

Pace3 macro shots, 2 detected cuts, 1.0 cuts/min; 30 internal graphic changes, 16.4 total picture changes/min; macro-shot mean 39 s
Script328 measured words, 168 wpm overall; 29 short sentences, 7 questions. Dialogue alternates with narration.
VoicePolished, mid-low narrator plus distinct customer/agent dialogue archetypes; crisp and optimistic.
On screenAbout 3% black kinetic type, 65% white UI and demo montage, 32% continued demos/claims/end card. No talking head.
CaptionsNo conventional subtitles; headline cards and labels inside the UI carry the key ideas.
SoundContinuous tonal, music-like bed (measured); dialogue and narration in front. −16.0 LUFS integrated, 0.0 dBFS measured true peak.
StructureHook → reveal → builder → working example → configurability → evaluation → reach/deployment → security → brand close.

The detector treats flowing UI montages as two long shots. For editing, follow the 32 picture events rather than literally holding one static frame for 76 seconds.
