Field notes / why it works

Two source tiles and a large cursor establish the action by 1.25 s, and the generated result arrives at 2.4 s. Contrasting examples around 4.4 and 8.0 s show range before the video names keyframes around 12.4 s and text prompts around 16.2 s. The black canvas, white controls and late violet accent keep 12 internal picture changes legible without a camera cut.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A stark title gives way to two visual inputs, a conspicuous generate action, and an immediate transformation. Two more examples prove the pattern is repeatable; the last third names the controls behind the magic. The promise is visible by 2.5 seconds: this product turns selected starting material into a new moving result.

Why it works

  • The first action is legible by 1.25 s: two input tiles sit above a single white button, so viewers know what to watch before the result appears at 2.4 s.
  • The same input → result grammar repeats with new imagery at 4.4–7.9 s and 8.0–9.5 s. That demonstrates range without explaining every setting.
  • The final 12.4–20 s names keyframes and text prompts after the output has earned attention; the large cursor makes the control path readable on a phone.
