X-Mansion breaking-news tour
A 30-second retro news bulletin turns a themed property tour into an availability reveal.
Field notes / why it works
The giant globe headline makes the fake broadcast legible at 0:00, and the property sign supplies proof by 0:02.25. Sixteen shots turn a room tour into a stream of specific discoveries, while the persistent lower third changes to availability around 0:21.7. Returning to the globe at 0:25.5 gives the spot a clean news-stinger finish.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A spoof live news report announces access to a coveted location, then uses a brisk sequence of specific interior details as proof. A persistent broadcast lower third makes the tour feel like developing coverage; its message switches to availability near the end.
Why it works
- The globe and giant “SPECIAL NEWS REPORT” title establish a recognizable news format before the first cut at 2.25 s; the spoken lead begins at 0.00 s.
- The middle earns the claim with roughly a dozen distinct sights: exterior sign and facade by 3.5 s, then character decor, bedrooms, computer, gym, locker area and control room from 3.5–21.7 s.
- The mint lower third first promises an exclusive look, then changes to “NOW AVAILABLE ON AIRBNB” at about 21.7 s. The news device carries the commercial reveal.
