Why it works
The first 18.5 seconds stay in one evolving pale-blue scene: familiar prompts and files set a small-task baseline before the 0:15 dark pivot. From 0:18.5 to 0:44.4, short claim cards alternate with concrete workspace views, including a matrix at 0:24.5 and a complex prompt at 0:36.7; the analogy and logo close at about 0:45–0:52.
