Big Ideas to Finished Slides

An 81-second Pitch launch film that turns a kinetic type hook into a prompt-to-presentation-and-analytics product tour.

Field notes / why it works

The opening makes its key word physically expand at 1.25 seconds and turn into a cyan-framed image around 2 seconds, creating motion without an early cut. A concrete prompt and AI start action appear around 19.9–22.6 seconds, then the film pairs brief benefit cards with editing, presentation and analytics UI through 1:13.7. The 17-shot structure keeps the product legible while three headline resets break up denser screen sequences.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A music-led, word-light product announcement moves from a universal ambition to a familiar starting problem, then demonstrates an AI-assisted first draft, human editing, presentation, and analytics. Big type states each promise; close product UI immediately proves it.

Why it works

  • The opening turns one word into a visual event: a small line sits on black, “big” swells at about 1.25 seconds, then becomes a cyan-framed image at about 2 seconds.
  • The film makes the benefit observable: a specific typed request and start button appear around 19.9–22.6 seconds, followed by generated slides and live editing from 34.8–57.5 seconds.
  • Three short benefit cards reset attention between dense UI passages: human touch around 31.5 seconds, bringing ideas to life around 48.8 seconds, and results around 64.6 seconds.

Pace17 measured shots, 16 cuts; 11.8–13.3 cuts/min including two uncertain changes; 18.4 picture changes/min counting internal steps; mean shot 4.79 s, median 3.72 s
ScriptSparse on-screen headlines and UI labels; no reliable spoken script or spoken WPM. The automatic five-word transcript consists mostly of punctuation and an isolated “You,” so it is not usable as voice evidence.
VoiceNo confirmed speaker. Design for silent comprehension.
On screenAbout 42% headline/brand motion graphics and 58% product interface; a brief rocket image supports the opening metaphor. No presenter.
CaptionsNo speech subtitles; centered benefit headlines and functional UI text.
SoundContinuous tonal music-like bed, roughly 121 BPM; measured −18.6 LUFS integrated, −0.7 dBFS true peak. No clear cut-synced SFX in the analysis.
StructureAmbition → friction → product reveal → AI start → edit → present → analytics → brand/URL. Final implied CTA at about 1:17.
