Motion Brush: Painted Control Reveals

A cinematic feature launch that teaches motion control through violet mask-to-result reveals before naming the tool.

Field notes / why it works

The 0:00–0:11 wide boat hold creates a visual question before a vivid violet mask makes the control idea legible. From about 0:15–0:35, varied masked subjects and faster scene changes show range without narration; the benefit, feature name, and availability then arrive on sparse cards around 0:37, 0:44, and 0:49.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A cinematic, nearly wordless product launch film shows a still scene, paints a vivid mask over the element to control, and reveals the resulting motion. It repeats that before/after grammar across unrelated scenes, then names the feature near the end.

Why it works

  • The first 11 seconds linger on one dark boat scene; the purple overlay at about 0:11 turns an atmospheric image into a question about what the colour will do.
  • The same mask-to-result idea moves from boat and truck to waterfall and human figure around 0:15–0:27, proving breadth without a narrated feature list.
  • The identity arrives only after the examples: a quiet benefit line at about 0:37, feature name at 0:44, and availability line around 0:49.

Platform · aspect · lengthX · 16:9 · 1280×720 · 23.98 fps · 52.0 s
Pace6 machine-detected shots, 5 hard cuts (5.8/min), plus 16 changes within shots: 24.2 picture changes/min total. Mean detected shot 8.66 s; scene changes occur inside some detected shots.
ScriptNo spoken script. Two short, centered text ideas at the end: benefit, then feature/availability.
VoiceNone. The Russian “transcript” is a recognition error: its words describe music and subtitle credits, neither of which appears as a speaking person in the sheets.
On screenFull-frame cinematic examples, purple control masks, then spare title cards. No presenter, UI chrome, or conventional subtitles.
CaptionsNone. Tiny, regular-weight white centered title text only from about 0:37.
SoundTonal music-like bed measured around −16.6 LUFS integrated; cut accents are suggested by louder transients at 80% of detected cuts. Exact instruments/effects are uncertain without listening.
StructureAtmospheric open → repeated mask/result examples → plain-language promise → feature name → availability.
