A silent, near-square font launch that turns letters, size ladders, and character sheets into the product proof.
Field notes / why it works
A black triangle appears by 0.25 seconds, then giant letters resolve into the name by about 2.4 seconds, making the launch immediately recognizable and briefly participatory. From 9.4 to 18.7 seconds, increasingly dense type specimens show sizes, styles, and character coverage; recurring mark cards reset the eye between proof sections.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent, nearly square launch film treats a new typeface as its own proof: stark brand mark, single oversized letters, large font-family names, then dense samples of weights, sizes, and characters. The product becomes legible through a sequence of specimens, without narration or a product UI.
Why it works
- The first frame is empty white, then a large black triangle appears within 0.25 seconds; the sharp scale shift stops the scroll before any copy is needed.
