Argo Smart Routing in 60 Seconds
A flat-vector network explainer that turns congestion into a route diagram, then walks through activation in the dashboard.
Field notes / why it works
The first 3 seconds tie a moving speed gauge to an SEO benefit before the product appears. At 0:17–0:33, route lines and warning icons explain an invisible network problem; at 0:33–0:52, simplified UI cards turn that explanation into a clear setup sequence, followed by a numeric improvement panel.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A calm, brisk narrator explains a technical benefit in everyday terms. The picture moves from a speed gauge and a familiar traffic metaphor to a simplified dashboard walkthrough, then an improvement readout. The viewer gets both a reason to care and a path to act in one minute.
Why it works
- The first 3 seconds pair an animated speedometer with the SEO benefit; the narration begins at 0:01.3, before the viewer has to parse a dashboard.
- At 0:17–0:33, blue network routes and warning icons make congestion and routing visible while the narrator explains the mechanism.
- At 0:33–0:52, the metaphor gives way to account, plan, navigation and toggle screens; the 0:52–0:56 percentage panel supplies a visual payoff.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280×720, 16:9 · 59.5 s at 24 fps |
| Pace | 2 measured shot segments, 1 definite cut (1.0 cuts/min); 2 uncertain changes give a 1.0–3.0 cuts/min range. 12 internal graphic steps; about 13.1 picture changes/min. Measured average segment 29.76 s, though this masks the animation within the long segment. |
| Script | 151 spoken words; 158 wpm overall, 191 wpm while talking; 13 short sentences averaging 11.6 words; no questions; 6 uses of “you” per 100 words. |
| Voice | Single medium-register, clear, animated instructional narrator; no visible presenter. |
| On screen | Almost entirely flat 2D motion graphics and stylized product UI; a small illustrated person appears in the opener. |
| Captions | No dialogue subtitles visible. Small, persistent screen headings and UI labels carry the text. |
| Sound | Low tonal bed detected about 15 dB below voice; effects are not confirmed. −23.3 LUFS integrated, −5.7 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | Seven beats: benefit → one-click promise → request/congestion metaphor → routing explanation → setup steps → instant-on result → polite close. |
