LG's animated identity in context
A silent 17-second brand motion film that carries an expressive logo from a pink field into product scenes and back.
Field notes / why it works
The white mark is readable at 0:00 and makes its first visual change by 0:00.65. A 7.82-second application shot shows the same identity on a large display and among product imagery; the brief dark variant at 0:12.6 makes the return to bright pink at 0:14.4 feel like a payoff.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A compact identity showcase turns a simple mark into a character, then shows it living across screens and product scenes. The promise is visual: within the first second, the viewer sees how the new identity moves; the remaining 16 seconds show where it belongs.
Why it works
- The white face-like mark on a saturated pink-red field is legible at 0:00, with its first expression change by about 0:00.65.
- The same mark persists through a soft square app tile, a large display, and mixed product imagery between roughly 0:01 and 0:16, making the identity feel like a system.
- The application sequence changes from pale to dark around 0:12.6 and back to vivid pink at 0:14.4, then returns to an isolated mark at 0:16.7.
