A dark tactile teaser for a custom sound pack
A wordless square teaser uses red-lit phone close-ups, pad interactions and a late product reveal to announce a custom sound pack.
Field notes / why it works
The near-black opening gains a red wash by 0.75 s and a handheld product silhouette by 1.75 s, creating a visual mystery without text. A trigger-pad UI at 7.5 s, responsive hardware detail at 8.7 s and a save state at 24.6 s make the feature tangible; the product label is withheld until 33.3 s and followed by a brief coming-soon card.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A near-black, square product teaser opens with a mysterious handheld object in red light, then lets the viewer discover a sound-making interface through touch. Macro details, brief UI proof and a two-card reveal turn a feature demo into a cliffhanger. The promise is implicit when a phone appears at 1.75–2.75 s and becomes concrete when its pad interface appears around 7.5 s; the product name arrives only at 33.3 s.
Why it works
- The first 0.75 s is nearly black, then a red field and hand-held silhouette emerge by 1.75 s. The viewer has to resolve what is being held.
- The proof alternates between a screen of trigger pads at 7.5 s, an illuminated hardware detail at 8.7 s, fingers interacting around 13.8–24.6 s, and a save dialog. It shows input, physical response and personalisation without a spoken explanation.
- The final sequence withholds the full product label until 33.3 s, then ends with “coming soon” at 34.3 s. That puts the explicit announcement after roughly 30 s of sensory buildup.

| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1:1, 720 × 720 · 35.4 s · 24 fps |
| Pace | 3 measured shots, 2 measured cuts, 3.4 cuts/min, 11.9 measured picture changes/min · mean measured shot 11.81 s; the long last shot also visibly changes composition |
| Script | No intelligible narration. A lone “You” at 34.0 s in the automatic transcript is uncorroborated by the sheets and is treated as detection noise. |
| Voice | None; anonymous hands are the only person shown. |
| On screen | Near-black/red product macro footage, filmed phone UI, hands triggering pads, hardware lights, end text. No presenter. |
| Captions | None. Small text exists inside the interface; end cards are sparse. |
| Sound | Music/sound-led (inferred from post context and tempo estimate); roughly 87 BPM, low-confidence estimate. Measured −16.9 LUFS integrated, −0.3 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | 5 beats: concealment → first reveal → interface proof → tactile sequence → announcement/tease. |
